چکیده مقاله:
This Article is the evaluation of the Obama environmental policy, which consider the first and Second term of his presidency based on political and legal dimensions. It describes the political, administrative and legal aspects that led to a sets of harmonized U.S. environmental programs over his office, including the Clean Energy Economy, Upgrading Efficiency Standards, Curbing Carbon Pollution, Reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing countries and etc. It explains how a confluence of events — a new administration, domestic factors, environmental agencies such as EPA, — would require significant political and legal administration to devise and implement.The Article discusses the importance of the Global Warming Pollution for the U.S. individuals and Obama Administration, which at the first term of his presidency decreased alongside a gross domestic product and other contributed factors.It also describes in detail the joint rulemaking one of the most important action by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, through which the agencies established a new uniform program during. The Article concludes, although he has been successful in some of the environmental fields, but different factors such as interest groups, Senate and so on have been restricted President Obama and his administration as he tried to implement environmental policies.
